How do I register with you?

A

Once you have items in your shopping cart, as you go to checkout, you will be asked to register. If you are already registered on our database, then please enter your username and password. If you are a new customer, you will be asked to enter a few details to register.

How do I become an Account Customer?

This facility is open to educational establishments only.

What are your terms of payment for Account Customers?

Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

How do I place an order?

A

Online
Ordering on-line with Better Equipped is easy. You can pay by debit/credit card by selecting the credit/debit card payment option as your preferred method of payment and follow the on screen instructions.

You can also pay via Paypal if you have a paypal account as you go through checkout. Please visit Paypal on www.paypal.co.uk if you wish to set up a paypal account and pay using this method.

If you are an educational establishment or an account customer you can order on account. To order on account simply select your items, add them to your basket and then proceed to checkout. Select "invoice" as your preferred method of payment and an invoice will be sent out to you with your purchases.

By Telephone
You can also place orders by telephoning us on freephone 0800 970 7142. If you are an account customer then you can pay by invoice within 30 days or you can pay over the phone using your credit/debit card.

By Fax
Account customers can fax us free on 0800 066 4443 with their purchase orders. Invoices will be despatched with goods.

Post
Account customers can post their purchase orders to us at Wrenbury Business Park, Wrenbury Road, Wrenbury, Nantwich, Cheshire CW5 8EB. Invoices will be despatched with goods.
